ReceptionistImmediate need for a talented Receptionist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Slater IA (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM – No OT, holidays, or weekendsGreet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.Assist visitors with registration and check-in procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.Schedule and prepare meeting rooms as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document preparation.Provide support to office staff with various administrative tasks as assigned.Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills: Receptionist, customer service, administrative, Front Desk.High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor.
