ReceptionistAs a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.Day to day tasks:Answer and direct incoming phone callsAssist visitors with registration and check-in proceduresProvide general reception and front desk supportPerform other administrative and clerical tasks as neededRequired Skills:Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applicationsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a front-office environmentDress Code:Business CasualYears of experience: at least 1 year of experienceEducation: at least HS/GEDInterview Process: 1 virtual and/or in person
