VP, Reporting

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Vice President of Reporting to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $190,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial filings in accordance with SEC regulations.
• Support the development of earnings reports and ensure accuracy in financial disclosures.
• Assist in compiling materials for Audit Committee and Board presentations.
• Maintain compliance with financial reporting controls and ensure proper documentation for SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to fulfill reporting and audit-related requests.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• At least 12+ years of relevant experience, including a strong background in SEC reporting.
• CPA certification and prior experience at a Big Four firm are preferred.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Workiva and Geneva is a plus.
• Experience in the investment management or alternative asset industry is beneficial.

• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a results-driven mindset in all aspects of work.
