ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I've spent 19 years in the insurance industry, with experience in recruiting, claims, and as a team member before becoming an agent. I always knew agency ownership was my goal. Outside of work, I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, love coaching my son's baseball team, volunteer at my children's school, and being a mom is my greatest joy.

Being involved in the community is a big part of who I am. Whether it's through my children's school or local activities, I enjoy finding ways to give back and stay connected with the families we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Kelli Kerton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
