Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join an exciting, fast-paced organization. This is a hands-on role supporting end users with desktop deployments, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys solving problems, works well in a dynamic environment, and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Image and deploy computers
Set up and configure user workstations
Provide Audio/Visual (AV) support
Ship, receive, and inventory computer equipment
Move and install IT equipment as needed
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues
Support day-to-day desktop and IT operations
Mac & PC experience
Looking for:
Windows 10/11
Office365
AD
Azure
Excellent Communication skills
Support over the phones as well as deskside support
