Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join an exciting, fast-paced organization. This is a hands-on role supporting end users with desktop deployments, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations as well as supporting remote end users. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys solving problems, works well in a dynamic environment, and is eager to learn Responsibilities Image and deploy computers Phone support as well as deskside support Set up and configure user workstations Provide Audio/Visual (AV) support Ship, receive, and inventory computer equipment Move and install IT equipment as needed Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues Support day-to-day desktop and IT operations Preferred Skills & Qualifications Microsoft Azure – if have done provisioning, user management, or general Azure administration. Ideally must have some exposure Microsoft 365 Administration preferred, including Exchange Online Microsoft 365 Admin Center SharePoint Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Certifications: At least one of the following certifications is preferred CompTIA A+ Network+ Security+ What We're Looking For: Hard-working and dependable Fast learner with a positive attitude Self-motivated and proactive Able to think on your feet and make sound decisions Thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
