Field Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join the Field Marketing team. In this role, you will help execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, support digital channels and contribute to virtual and in-person events. You will collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, sales, product marketing and external partners to deliver programs that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences and support demand generation. The ideal candidate is a versatile B2B marketer who can move comfortably between content creation, campaign execution, social media, website management and performance reporting. This role is well-suited for someone who brings fresh ideas, takes ownership of their work and can turn complex subject matter into clear, engaging content. You should also be comfortable refining AI-assisted drafts to create original, natural and brand-aligned content that speaks to financial-services audiences. What You'll Do Assist with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and third-party platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs. Create and edit marketing content, including emails, landing pages, blog posts, white papers, brochures, campaign materials and social media posts. Transform AI-assisted content into distinctive, accurate and human-centered copy that reflects the brand, adds a clear point of view and resonates with fraud, financial-crime and compliance professionals. Support search engine optimization and generative-engine optimization initiatives by applying keyword, content-structure, internal-linking and on-page optimization best practices. Manage and update website content through a content-management system, working with internal teams and web developers to maintain accurate, consistent and user-friendly pages. Support organic social media activity, including content development, scheduling, campaign coordination and performance monitoring. Collaborate with global and regional teams, including sales and product marketing, to ensure cohesive, results-driven project execution. Provide event support for virtual and in-person programs, including coordinating logistics, supporting speakers, developing event collateral and helping deliver a professional attendee experience. Track and analyze campaign, content, website and event performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and marketing-automation tools. Translate findings into practical recommendations for improving engagement, conversion and return on investment. Work with external agencies and partners by developing clear briefs, coordinating deliverables and helping ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Stay informed about B2B marketing, financial-services and financial-crime trends, bringing new ideas to campaigns, content and events. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy and brand consistency. What You'll Bring A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field. Two to four years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, financial services or technology serving financial institutions. Strong content-writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and engagingly. Experience developing and executing content across email, web, social media and digital campaigns. Working knowledge of SEO principles and an understanding of emerging GEO practices. Experience managing website content through a CMS, such as WordPress. Familiarity with analytics, customer-relationship management and marketing-automation platforms, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo or Pardot. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, regions and functions. A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership, solve problems and learn new tools and subject areas.
