Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH, Sales & Marketing Part Time Marketing Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a part-time marketing specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a part-time 15 hours a week contract role for our non-profit client. This is hybrid in Jersey City, NJ. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities: Manage all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing. Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with business goals. Oversee print advertising initiatives to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Evaluate market trends and customer insights to guide strategic decisions. Track campaign performance metrics and modify strategies as necessary to optimize results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, especially in SEO, email marketing, and content creation. Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines. A positive “can-do” service-oriented attitude is essential. Must live in Jersey City, NJ or surrounding towns and have contacts to the local community.
