As a Caregiver , you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care to our clients, helping them with daily living activities, managing their medical conditions, and maintaining their overall well-being. Your expertise and kindness will help our clients maintain their independence and dignity, allowing them to age in place with comfort and confidence. Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management Help clients with mobility and transfers, including walker or wheelchair use Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the healthcare team Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation Requirements: 0 years of experience as a caregiver or in a related field High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and empathy for seniors and their unique needs Note: The salary, benefits, and other details will be inserted accordingly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
