Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at Albert Pike Apartments in Little Rock, AR. The role involves general maintenance and repairs with specialization in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, toilets, sinks, basic carpentry and general maintenance repairs. Perform preventive maintenance duties as required. Complete work orders and related documentation. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience. HVAC certification is ideal. Must be able to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment. Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal work hours are typically 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday (may vary slightly by season) with occasional overtime required. Background Screening and Drug Test required.
