Summary The Customer Experience Specialist provides outstanding in-store service by engaging customers, supporting stylists, processing merchandise, and assisting with events and operations. This role connects customers to services like online order pickup, alterations, returns, and gift wrapping while maintaining store organization and safety. The specialist adapts to new initiatives and supports both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced environment.
