Opportunity Details

Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
Schedule: Flexible shifts available: weekdays 8:00 am-8:00 pm, weekends 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Location: Grand Rapids and Muskegon, MI (Flexibility required to cover additional sites within our network )

Requirements

Relevant clinical experience required
Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
