As a Recruiter at The Agency, you will connect talented professionals with career opportunities while helping companies solve important hiring needs. You will manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through placement, developing relationships with candidates and clients while building your own portfolio of business. This role combines recruiting, relationship management, sales, and consulting with significant autonomy and earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage qualified professionals through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and networking
- Build relationships with candidates and understand their experience, motivations, and career objectives
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and identify the right talent
- Manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and placement process
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and active search priorities
- Collaborate with other recruiters to share candidates, opportunities, and market intelligence

- Recruiting, sales, account management, or other client-facing experience preferred
