RN Throughput Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Sepsis Nurse Coordinator to lead hospital-wide sepsis identification, treatment, and performance improvement initiatives. This role monitors sepsis metrics, conducts case reviews, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and quality teams to drive evidence-based protocols and reduce mortality. The coordinator provides staff education, leads sepsis alerts and bundle compliance efforts, and supports documentation accuracy.
