The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting. A current RN state license and certifications in BLS and ACLS are required. Advanced certifications such as NIHSS and CPI are preferred. Candidates must have up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19 and Hepatitis B. Drug screening and TB testing are also mandatory. All applicants must complete necessary health assessments and background checks. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
