Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro ICU nursing. This role requires the ability to manage complex patient care. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients and conducting assessments. The candidate must demonstrate excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills are essential for this position. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Attention to detail and adherence to protocols are crucial in this fast-paced environment.
