Youth Housing Navigator: Secure Permanent Homes
Inspire2Together
Inspire Together in San Bernardino is seeking a Housing Navigator to connect clients with affordable housing and build relationships with landlords and property management. Under supervision, you will assist with housing applications, budgeting, and linking participants to low-income supportive services, while coordinating with case managers to place youth in stable homes. You will advocate for homeless and low-income youth, leveraging knowledge of housing resources and social services to #J-18808-Ljbffr Inspire2Together
