Upward Bound House
Upward Bound House (UBH) seeks a compassionate Case Manager & Housing Navigator to support Transition Age Youth (TAY) in South Los Angeles in our Transitional Housing Program. The role focuses on building relationships and helping youth access permanent housing and resources. You will provide life coaching, develop plans, coordinate housing options, and work with UBH and community partners to reduce barriers and promote independence. #J-18808-Ljbffr Upward Bound House
