Admin Assistant - Accounting Clerk

Seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant to become part of our team. This is a Full Time position providing the right person the opportunity to learn admin and accounting skills, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable family-owned organization. This is an excellent opportunity for future advancement within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities include :
- Clerical accounting duties in support of the accounting dept.
- Light data entry
- Organizing and filing of bills, invoices and statements.
- Effective communication with clients, vendors and staff.
Requirements:
- Prior data entry and/or clerical accounting experience desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and be a team player.
