Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpenter to assist with general carpentry work on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic carpentry tasks, follow instructions, work safely, and contribute as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install basic wood materials and other building products.
• Assist with framing, trim work, and general construction tasks.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures as directed.
• Repair or replace damaged wood and building materials.
• Read and follow basic work orders, drawings, or instructions.
• Operate common hand tools and power tools safely.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and job site requirements.
• Work with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment.
• Work safely at heights when required.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
