Lead Heavy Diesel Mechanic — San Antonio

JJ's Waste & Recycling | San Antonio, TX JJ's Waste & Recycling is hiring a Lead Heavy Diesel Mechanic for our San Antonio depot — and we want to be upfront about what the role actually is. This is a single-mechanic shop. You will be the shop. That means you're not just a wrench-turner — you're also the planner, the parts buyer, the record-keeper, and the compliance owner. You'll report to the Texas Maintenance Manager and have the latitude to run the shop the way it should be run. We're looking for someone who has been around the block in heavy diesel — ideally in refuse — and is ready to settle into a role built for the long haul.
