Work authorization required.What You'll DoLead and execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, display, social media, email marketing, and SEO campaigns, in collaboration with corporate teams, agencies, and resort leadership to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growthManage and optimize resort websites and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, SEO best practices, and timely updates for events, experiences, and ancillary offeringsMonitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate return on investment, and provide insights and recommendations to improve resultsSupport the promotion of resort activities, events, and experiences through digital channels, social media, online calendars, on-property marketing materials, and other guest-facing communicationsManage social media platforms by developing content opportunities, coordinating assets, supporting influencer and partner visits, and collaborating with resort departments to showcase the guest experienceCoordinate marketing collateral needs, including photography and video production, while supporting sales, resort operations, and promotional initiativesDevelop and manage digital campaigns with third-party partners and maintain local email marketing programs to support guest engagement and revenue objectivesEnsure accurate and up-to-date resort information across all digital platforms, including proprietary, partner, and third-party websites, to maintain brand consistency and guest confidenceAnd More!What To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
