Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $300/hour

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
• Develop and manage non-surgical treatment plans for foot and ankle conditions
• Oversee pre- and post-operative patient care, including wound management and rehabilitation
• Perform a full range of foot and ankle surgeries such as fracture fixation, arthroscopic procedures, joint replacements, and deformity corrections
• Manage complex trauma cases and high-acuity limb salvage procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in resident education
• Provide urgent/emergent orthopedic care during on-call rotations
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Contribute to operational readiness and clinical research initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school (or recognized equivalent)
• Current, active, unrestricted medical license in California
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery and Fellowship in Foot & Ankle
• Minimum 1-year post-residency experience with specialized training in foot and ankle surgery

Preferred:

• Experience with trauma management and limb salvage procedures
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
