Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.Position Overview:Cordova Health and Rehabilitation, is more than a workplace!
