Part Time Payroll Specialist

Our client, a leading technology advisory firm, is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll processes for U.S. and Canadian employees. This role requires experience with payroll systems, tax compliance, and attention to detail. While mostly remote, occasional in-office visits to Norwood, MA are a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canadian teams. Maintain accurate payroll records, including new hires and adjustments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial tax regulations. Handle payroll-related tax filings and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data processing. Support year-end reporting and tax filing processes. Qualifications 7+ years of payroll experience. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required. Knowledge of U.S. state and Canadian provincial tax regulations strongly preferred.
