Schedule : Day Shift | 3x12s (7a-7p) & every other weekend rotation

Turn first calls into first steps toward recovery. The Intake Coordinator orchestrates smooth admissions with empathy, accuracy, and urgency -bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours.

How You Will Make a Difference

Answer referral lines; triage calls from families, EDs, and providers with warmth and professionalism.
Verify insurance, gather demographics, and schedule assessments/admissions.
Track bed board and collaborate with nursing, EVS, and security for timely room readiness.
Maintain real-time logs, dashboards, and handoffs between shifts.
Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.

What We're Looking For

Healthcare admissions or behavioral health front-office experience preferred.
Superb communication, multitasking, and EMR proficiency.
Calm under pressure with customer-service excellence.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 yrs or older.
Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT.
