Are you passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving customer needs, and delivering a positive customer experience through multiple communication channels.
Job Duties
- Assist customers in person, by phone, email, text, and online chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and rental options
- Develop knowledge of available products, programs, and services to provide informed recommendations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals through positive customer interactions
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and engage with customers
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records using CRM software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet established sales and customer service goals through relationship-building and solution-based sales
- Background or experience in music, music education, band, orchestra, private lessons, or a related field preferred
- Previous customer service, retail, inside sales, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn product information and confidently assist customers with purchasing decisions
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn CRM and business software systems
- Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Saturday hours required
