Entry-Level Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Job Type: Full-Time About Us Wallace & Turner is Springfield and Urbana's largest, locally owned independent insurance agency, providing personal, commercial, life and health insurance since 1870. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Entry-Level Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our Springfield office. Position Summary The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager supports clients with their personal insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in the insurance industry. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions. Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally. Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy transactions. Obtain quotes and policy information from insurance carriers. Reviewed policies for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate client records. Support producers and senior account managers. Build strong client relationships through excellent client service. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: Previous customer service or administrative experience. Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire. Competitive salary.
