As an Accounting Manager, you will lead and manage the accounting functions within a dynamic automotive dealership, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities. Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support business decisions. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with dealership management. Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
