Field Case Manager

ForzaCare, part of Ethos Risk Services, is seeking a Field Medical Case Manager to help injured workers navigate recovery and return to work. You will coordinate care among medical providers, employers, and insurers to ensure timely, transparent case management. The role is ideal for bilingual professionals fluent in English and Spanish with an RN or CRC license and relevant credentials; travel to appointments is required, and prior workers' compensation experience is valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
