Housing Stability Case Manager

Guest-House-of-Milwauke

Guest House of Milwaukee is seeking an Internal Case Manager to provide direct services and education, coordinating with community resources to help residents obtain permanent housing and self-sustaining income. You will work with Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing, and Veterans programs, managing up to 25–30 clients while building ISP/Housing Stabilization Plans and tracking progress through funding contracts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
