Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift

Area: Blue Water area, St. Clair County Contract to Hire Pay: $80-$90K Union We are supporting a client in the automotive manufacturing industry that is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 3rd shift opportunity in Marysville, MI. This position is responsible for leading maintenance operations, supporting production uptime, and overseeing maintenance personnel in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Automotive/CNC Required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign work to maintenance employees and contractors
• Support equipment uptime, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and plant procedures
• Inspect maintenance work for quality and completion
• Coordinate spare parts ordering and support equipment installations and buyoffs
• Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and maintenance KPIs
• Handle employee relations, training, discipline, and grievance resolution
• Conduct troubleshooting and support repairs on CNC machinery, robotic systems, and automation equipment
• Maintain maintenance records, labor tracking, and related system updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or technical experience in manufacturing
• Experience supporting machining, grinding, heat treating, or automated assembly equipment
• Knowledge of Fanuc robotics, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in a production environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting production demands
• Understanding of safety standards, MIOSHA requirements, and preventative maintenance practices
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Schedule

• 3rd Shift
• Typical hours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
