Who You AreYou'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator, Staff memberWhat You Will Be DoingThe Subcontract Administrator supports L3Harris Integrated Systems and Partnerships Global Supply Chain Management organization. Candidate will join a procurement team and operates as the subcontract manager for Technical Review 3 (TR3) Integrated Core Processor (ICP) development scope. Responsibilities include; Negotiating, issuing and administering subcontracts. Tasks include negotiate and award subcontract elements (price, terms, scope, schedule), execute subcontract specifications, work statements, prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, selects or recommends subcontractors, participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. Further Information About This OpportunityThis position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.AeroSCM Basic QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or universityDesired Skills• Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) • Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
