PrideStaff is partnering with a premier client in Florida to find a dedicated Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing essential operational support, handling data entry, managing work orders, and coordinating closely with accounting and service teams to ensure seamless client deliverables.If you thrive in a dynamic office environment and possess strong administrative, communication, and software skills, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter new work orders into preferred internal systems for clear tracking and operational visibility.Manage high-volume data entry across order processing and assist with back-end billing requirements.Work alongside internal departments and subcontractors to collect essential job documentation, completion travelers, photos, and signed forms for invoicing.Prepare billing packets for final invoicing, assist in gathering/verifying sales tax percentages, and serve as a bridge between accounting and service to resolve billing issues.Cross-train across various client platforms and portals to ensure team-wide support and continuous workflow.Adhere strictly to departmental scheduling requirements and project deadlines.Qualifications & SkillsSign industry experience is required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) along with hands-on experience using an ERP system or internal database.Prior experience in accounting support, invoicing, or billing-adjacent workflows preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and solid basic math/organizational skills.Demonstrated job stability and a track record of reliable performance.High school diploma or equivalent required (2+ years of related administrative or coordination experience preferred).Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentPerformed primarily indoors in a standard office setting.Involves regular office activities including sitting, walking, light lifting (up to 20 lbs.), repetitive keyboarding/data entry, and professional phone communication.Why Work with PrideStaff?PrideStaff is a nationally recognized staffing firm committed to matching talented professionals with top local employers.
