About the Role:
Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters is looking for a skilled and dependable Roof Technician to join our growing team in Hastings, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a dedicated crew delivering top-quality roofing and gutter solutions to homeowners and businesses in the area. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace residential and commercial roofing systems
• Perform gutter installation, repair, and maintenance
• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, and areas requiring repair or replacement
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment including nail guns, ladders, and lifts
• Apply roofing materials such as shingles, underlayment, flashing, and sealants
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on site
• Help with pricing jobs and ordering materials 

Requirements:

• Prior roofing, construction, or related trade experience REQUIRED
• Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor weather conditions
• Strong physical stamina — must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on steep slopes
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and installation best practices
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
