About the Position

A healthcare facility in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join a growing multispecialty physician group providing care to an adult patient population. The role is primarily outpatient-focused (about 95%) with limited inpatient involvement , managing neurological conditions and performing procedures such as EMG, EEG, lumbar puncture, and muscle biopsy. Physicians are expected to see 15–20 patients per day while collaborating with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated clinical support staff.

The practice offers onsite diagnostic support including lab and X-ray services , along with EMG equipment and a supportive care team. The physician will work alongside experienced clinicians in a well-established medical group, contributing to high-quality neurological care in the community.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule (flexible/negotiable)

• On-call approximately 10 days per month

• Mostly outpatient care with minimal inpatient coverage

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

• Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• BLS and ACLS certification by start date

• DEA registration prior to start

• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)

• Experience with lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, EMG, brain death exam, and Botox
