Associate Litigation Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a highly sophisticated Miami-based boutique firm handling complex commercial litigation and high-stakes catastrophic personal injury matters. The firm combines a collaborative, high-quality culture with hands‑on mentorship and an accelerated path to partnership. Seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with strong litigation experience in complex litigation matters. This role offers high-level case responsibility, mentorship from senior partners, business‑development support and competitive compensation with bonus and origination payment opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda Conduct complex factual and legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy Ltigation support provided Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations Support and pursue business development and client origination efforts Qualifications 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills Top-tier academic and professional credentials Strong courtroom experience and comfort with depositions and hearings Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to handle high-stakes matters Bar admission in Florida Highly competitive base salary and bonus Payment on client originations Clear, accelerated path to partnership Hands‑on mentorship and significant substantive responsibility Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
