Person will be responsible for calling employees when additional support is needed due to call outs. Must have attention to detail and microsoft experience (a lot of doumentation).
OC Title : Overtime Caller
The Overtime Caller will play a crucial role in ensuring that the plant's overtime needs are met efficiently and effectively according to the procedural guidelines. This position requires a proactive individual who can make calls based on the department's requirements to fill overtime slots. Attention to detail is paramount, as the Overtime Caller will be responsible for documenting all communications and scheduling overtime work as necessary. Additionally, the role may involve other administrative duties as required by the department.
Responsibilities
· Making calls based on department needs to fill overtime needs.
· Documentation with extreme attention to detail.
· Creating schedules for overtime work as needed.
· Other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
· Must be proficient with computers / phones.
· Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel.
· Must be outgoing and a self-starter.
· Must be comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment.
