Position Overview:


We are seeking dependable Plant Operators to support daily operations within a manufacturing or production facility. This role is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring production processes, and assisting with material handling to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plant machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain accurate production records as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with general plant operations as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous plant or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
