How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Empower Participants: Deliver engaging nutrition lectures, interactive cooking classes, and personalized coaching to help clients successfully adopt program guidelines.
• Customize Care Plans: Conduct thorough nutritional assessments to design cost-effective, personalized meal plans tailored to individual health goals and preferences.
• Collaborate Interdisciplinarily: Partner with our Medical Director and Nurse Case Manager to build cohesive, safe, and highly effective patient treatment plans.
• Advocate For Wellness: Promote the program across the community through public speaking engagements, news releases, and outreach to local healthcare professionals.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Comfort with diabetes education and management of insulin.
