Receiving Administrator

Job Description:
Responsible for inspecting incoming shipments for item accuracy, correct count, and damage. Complete the receiving process in accordance to SOP and inform of any existing discrepancy or irregularity to the direct manager. Properly complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with a good and positive attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and move materials within the Oracle system
Schedule deliveries and update inbound truck schedule
Answer the calls from the inbound receiving gates, give directions to the drivers and maintain truck traffic within the shipping and receiving yard
Email and communicate with offsite warehouses and trucking companies
Work with internal departments within Cambria to answer questions regarding accounting and purchasing
Review shipping documentation for accuracy
Maintain efficiency of work despite multiple interruptions
Assist manager in monitoring, evaluating and replacing inventory
Prepare special and standard reports
Perform general clerical, data entry and maintenance, filing, ordering supplies, answering phones, etc.
Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Raw Materials Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous office / warehouse experience / receiving process
Previous manufacturing experience
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Basic math skills
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
Steel toed boots
Hearing Protection
Safety glasses
Cut-proof gloves
Latex gloves
Face shield
High visibility vest
Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $20.00-$25.63. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
