- Provide administrative and customer service support
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Coordinate logistics, documentation, and daily office tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics
- Handle documentation and moderate data entry
- Support transportation & logistics operations
- Assist and guide lower-level staff
- Resolve customer service and administrative issues
- Interact with truck drivers; distribute paperwork
- Perform general office and clerical duties
- Transportation & logistics experience
- Customer service background
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Experience handling documentation
- General office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
