Operations Coordinator

Providing essential administrative support for risk solutions products, the part-time hourly Operations Coordinator will manage operational processes, assist with patient management, and ensure data integrity while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assisting with follow-up tasks from quality review audits and providing technical assistance to staff regarding systems support Tracking customer deliverables to ensure timely submissions and initiating action plans for late reports or contracts Collaborating with internal departments to address patient/provider issues and participating in company projects as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred Two to five years of progressively responsible customer service experience, preferably in health care or provider relations Strong medical background with a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and health care principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
