Legal Assistant

A well-established law firm in Downtown Orlando is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal with litigation experience to join its growing legal team. This full-time, direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation while working in a collaborative, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys in a busy legal practice. Prepare, format, review, and file pleadings, motions, correspondence, and court documents. Maintain case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and internal legal team members. Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case opening through resolution. Support document organization, case tracking, and deadline management to help ensure timely and accurate legal work. Compensation and Benefits Salary: Around $60,000 per year, based on experience. Job Type: Direct hire. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
