Human Resources Manager

Location On-site or Hybrid Role – Multiple Locations Across Germany About the Role We are hiring an experienced HR Manager m/w/d to manage HR operations, recruitment support, employee relations, and people processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will support the full employee lifecycle, maintain compliant HR processes, and work closely with management to create a structured, professional, and employee-focused work environment. Your Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Support recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and HR systems Handle employee relations, internal communication, and HR-related queries Support management with workforce planning, hiring needs, and HR policies Coordinate payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration Ensure compliance with company policies and German labor regulations Improve HR processes, templates, workflows, and internal procedures Support performance reviews, employee engagement, and training activities Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Good understanding of German labor law, employment contracts, and HR compliance Experience with payroll coordination and HR administration Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience with HR software, ATS, payroll tools, or HRIS systems is an advantage German language skills preferred, B1/B2 or higher is an advantage What We Offer Competitive Germany-market salary package Stable long-term career opportunity On-site or hybrid working model depending on location Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to build and improve HR processesDirect collaboration with management and leadership teams Career growth and development opportunities Employee benefits depending on company policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
