Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological developments. You are the walking encyclopedia of telecom solutions. Sales Pitch: Master the art of persuasion in the field. Showcase the unparalleled advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Ability to work full time. Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in a second language. Sales‑centric mindset with passion for delivering results and building customer rapport. Extensive knowledge of mobile and fixed‑line products and services. Digital proficiency: comfortable with CRM, POS, and other relevant tools.
