What You’ll Do
- Prospect local, regional, and national businesses
- Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, events, email, social outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls and identify growth opportunities
- Present marketing and content growth solutions
- Build customized proposals and close recurring service agreements
- Maintain and grow your sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal strategy and production teams during onboarding
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
- Create referral channels with agencies, entrepreneurs, business groups, and community leaders

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, consulting, or high-ticket sales

- Comfortable talking with owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Competitive, coachable, and driven by results
- Able to handle rejection without losing momentum

Compensation
- 100% Commission with Bonuses and Residual Income
- Uncapped commissions
