Call Center Representative Primary Care

Location: 3101 Hwy 71 East, Suite 101, Bastrop, TX 78602 Schedule: MondayFriday, 8am5pm Pay: $18$27/hr Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO

We're looking for an experienced Primary Care Call Center Representative to work on-site in our Bastrop clinic. This role supports patients and providers by managing high-volume inbound calls and completing essential clinical support tasks. A strong healthcare background is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for primary care patients
• Providing test results to patients
• Processing medication refill requests
• Taking and routing provider messages
• Managing high-volume inbound calls (125130 calls/day)
• Delivering excellent customer service and clear communication
• Documenting patient interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• High-volume call center experience (required)
• Healthcare call center experience (required)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and primary care workflows
• Medical Assistant experience is a plus
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Must have a medical/healthcare background to apply
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
