In this role, you will help ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods, supporting both our shipping and receiving operations. Shift Time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to FridayIn This RoleLoad and unload containers and or trucksHandle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouseIdentify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of ladingMeet productivity requirements as neededMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policiesOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualificationsUphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honestReach for excellenceAct with responsibilityValue the whole personEnjoy the journeyThe Ideal Person1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredBasic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistanceComfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environmentWillingness to work overtime as neededSteel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hoursHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
