Results-driven Team Lead with experience overseeing daily operations, supporting production goals, maintaining safety standards, and leading warehouse and manufacturing teams in fast-paced environments. Skilled in machine operations, problem-solving, employee support, and forklift operation with a strong focus on teamwork, efficiency, and quality performance.

Team Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$22.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Supervised daily team operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards were consistently met.
Assisted with machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize downtime and improve workflow efficiency.
Trained and supported team members on operational procedures, safety practices, and production goals.
Coordinated material handling and inventory movement using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
Maintained a safe and organized work environment while meeting company deadlines and performance expectations.

Team Lead Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance as some local travel is required • Valid passport is preferred

• Familiar with all ISO standards

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Flexibility to meet customer service demands

• Criminal background check, Drug Screen and Post Offer Pre-employment physical
